Paul is a world class HR and Business leader with a successful career spanning some 30 years across several industries and international corporate board level experience in the digital entertainment, high street retail and sports manufacturing sectors. This includes global executive HRD and interim roles with-Bookers, New Balance and Café Nero. An expert in resourcing, recruitment, OD, executive leadership and creating amazing teams, Paul has a reputation for inspiring those around him to achieve success and is a natural mentor and coach. Paul’s experience is deep rooted in business and digital transformation, driving personal and organisational growth through. Known for his sense of humour and competitive spirit he is a keen sportsman and qualified mountain leader: you will be in great hands with Paul at the helm.

Mark is an accomplished business leader with over 25 years experience in transforming and managing customer focused multi-disciplined teams to deliver profitable service revenue streams in the retail, entertainment and hospitality sectors. This includes senior level positions with Whitbread plc, Micros Systems UK, Omnico Group and Picsolve International. Mark’s experience spans the core business disciplines of technology service delivery, project & programme management, procurement and BPO. Mark leads from the front and inspires teams to develop a continuous service improvement mindset to deliver great results and excellent customer service. Mark’s approach has benefited from working both as a customer and as a supplier of services in large blue chip corporates and in smaller entrepreneur and PE backed businesses. Strategies for organisational development and transformation are appropriately targeted to win the support of business stakeholders to deliver fast and sustainable results. Mark is a keen cyclist and has completed the iconic Lands End to John o’ Groats and Raid Pyrenean coast-to-coast rides; that’s leading from the front!
Richard is an experienced leadership and organisational development professional with a passion for optimising performance in people and organisations. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and is a qualified user of a range of psychometric instruments for use in personal, team and organisational development.
He has over 20 years experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management and Leadership & Organisational Development roles and has also been Head of HR for a leading UK bank.
He is highly skilled in both 1:1 coaching and group facilitation and has supported clients in the financial services industry, the charity sector, education, engineering and the automotive industry.
As well as being a season ticket holder at his local football club, Forest Green Rovers, he is a lifelong supporter of Wolverhampton Wanderers. He is also an FA Licensed Coach and is in his 8th season as a youth football coach.
Karen’s ability to identify practical solutions in complex situations, build lasting relationships and manage projects that deliver benefit realisation comes from her experience and expertise to deliver against challenges. Karen’s focus and passion: to work collaboratively with teams to understand the complexity and impact of any change transformation and support from conception to delivery. She uses her coaching and mentoring skills to create ownership and implement change resulting in strong BAU processes and lasting focus on continuous improvement. Karen is completing her ILM Level 7 Certificate for Executive and Senior Level Coaches and Mentors and is also a member of EMCC & ILM.
Karen loves to travel, experience new countries and cultures, she is an advanced scuba diver and is aiming to complete the 1000kms running challenge in 2020.

Dr Richard Hale is an international expert in accredited work based action learning and the author of several books and published papers on leadership, influencing skills and organisation development.
Richard’s early career in industry was with General Electric Company and with BSkyB where he established the Training and Development function. He has worked with international corporations ranging across government, FMCG, financial services, retail, pharmaceutical, engineering, construction sectors. In recent years he has worked closely with public service government in the UK, Africa, Middle East, Australia & Jamaica.
He believes in learning through deep listening and questioning and developed the Action Learning Question (ALQ) approach which means PerformHQ are able to offer truly work based learning to postgraduate level. He developed the first client based Action Learning Question Masters programme with Clerical Medical and Lloyds TSB.
Richard is a Fellow of the CIPD and worked on the original development of the distance learning CIPD programme. He has researched the development of the outsourcing profession and supported the public service in several developing countries in their donor funded leadership capability building and public procurement development,
Richard’s professional passion is for action learning, learning relationships (coaching and mentoring – the subject of his doctorate under the supervision of Prof Alan Mumford), social systems thinking and constellations coaching, action research.
